Enjoy a short walk up Longridge Fell and enjoy amazing all-round views into Yorkshire, over to the Lakes and Bowland Fells and south down towards Wales. Bring your picnic and enjoy a meal with friends.
If you're a radio amateur, this qualifies as a Summits on the Air (SOTA) summit. If you've never activated a SOTA summit before, but are interested in getting in to it, there'll be plenty of folks on hand to help. Simply bring a hand-held transceiver to take part.
This is a great place to bring your Meshtastic device too - you're low power signal will travel for miles and miles from here.
Alison will, no doubt, be leading the crafting team - so bring along your knitting, crochet and what-have-you.
