CANCELLED – At the AGM we agreed that this Thursday would be a trip to the pub – our venue at the WI Hut being used as a polling station. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re going to have to cancel this. Apologies for the late notice.
They’re at it again those pesky politicians. The General Election falls on another of our club nights – 4th July, 2024. As a result, our normal venue (the WI Hut in Aughton) is being used as a polling station. So, it’s off to the Royal Oak again for a drink and a chat.
