This coming Saturday, 5th July, we can be found exhibiting at Liverpool MakeFest 2025 in the Central Library, Liverpool between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
The Liverpool MakeFest is a one day celebration of all things craft, technology and making. Entrance is completely free of charge. There will be table-top workshops, demonstrations, exhibits and lots of cool things to entertain and engage the whole family.
This year marks the tenth running of the Liverpool MakeFest and we’ve been there for most of them. Once again we have been given the main stage to demonstrate what we do as a club and showcase this year’s major project.
In addition to our main project for 2025, we’ll have lots of other things available for visitors to see and experience. We’ll have an amateur radio demonstration, in collaboration with our friends from the Wales Digital Radio Group, techno-crafting, electronics and coding projects.
We’ll also have a member of our junior club, Ormskirk Code Club, with us showing what the young coders get up to. He’ll be demonstrating a classic game he’s coded on an Arduino with the help of one of our members.
