The calendar has been changed to reflect the changes below, but we’ve summarised them anyway for you.
Second meeting in April cancelled
Due the second meeting in April occurring on the 17th April, the day before the Good Friday bank holiday, we have decided to cancel the meeting as many members will be away, or not able to attend.
May Fifth Thursday Meal
Due to the local elections, which are to be held on the 1st May, our regular venue will be used as polling station. As a result, we’ve decided to move the Fifth Thursday Meal from the 29th to the 1st May.
Two normal meetings in May
We will have two normal meetings in May, on the 15th and 29th May.
May AGM postponed
The second Thursday in May was to have been the AGM, but we have postponed it to the 5th June.
